The Area


Finca Naundrup is located in a beautiful and tranquil setting on a hillside in the town of Calahonda just 10 minutes’ drive from Marbella and Fuengirola and 25 minutes west of Malaga airport. There are daily departures from Billund and Copenhagen to Malaga and several low cost airlines often have tickets at very low prices.

Charming Calahonda

Calahonda is a favorite holiday destination for many because of the beautiful location and the nice climate. It is a beautiful and mountainous landscape, where luxury villas and holiday homes are lying side by side from the coast and up the hillside. Here are shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, chemist and medical center.
Within short walking distance of Finca Naundrup you will find various delicious restaurants ranging from traditional Spanish tapas to seafood and international dishes from all over the world. Here are also some nice bars and are you looking for a serious nightlife, Fuengirola and Marbella are the places to go.
On Friday evenings during all summer we arrange our popular Finca Naundrup Barbecue around the pool. Here the bar is open, the music is playing and we lit up in our new open fireplace.

Cabophino Beach

The Beach

Calahonda Beach is only 1,5 km from Finca Naundrup. The fine sandy beach is a quiet and smaller beach without diving clubs and water sports activities, making it ideal for swimming and relaxing with a good book.
If you want a larger beach, where you can rent sunbeds and sun parasols, you can choose Cabophino Beach only 4 km from the resort. It is one of the best beaches in the area with long stretches of golden sands. Here you will find various water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing and scuba diving. There is also a large selection of bars and restaurants along the beach.

The Climate on Costa del Sol

Costa del Sol fully lives up to its name as being the Sunshine Coast. With its location on the Mediterranean coast, Calahonda is a true sunshine paradise with an annual average temperature of 21 degrees and more than 300 sunny days a year.
